We are committed to offering you the most competitive rates in town.

If you see a price lower than ours within 7 working days of signing up, Geneco will refund you the difference for your contracted period.

Geneco’s Price Match Guarantee (“Geneco’s PMG”) is only applicable for the Get It Fixed 24 Renewal plan at a non-promotional rate, with same duration as stated in the Energy Market Authority’s (“EMA”) price comparison website, i.e. https://compare.openelectricitymarket.sg/#/home (the “Website”).
Geneco’s PMG is only applicable for a Price Match against non-promotional plans with a fixed-rate and for a 24-month contractual period provided the following Power Generation Retailers: Keppel Electric, PacificLight, Senoko Energy, Sembcorp Power and Tuas Power as listed on the Website.
The Price-matched Plans must be of the same terms, for example: no bill rebates and/or incentives, the need for a security deposit, registration fees etc.
A refund is only applicable to households with a load profile of not more than 400kWh per month and up to a value not exceeding S$5 per contract period.
Each plan is only entitled to a single round of price match.
Please write to info@geneco.sg with the proof of your pricing plan and your Geneco contract details.
Kindly allow thirty (30) working days for Geneco’s verification of your pricing plan and contract details. Upon successful verification, the refund will be done in the form of shopping vouchers or Geneco bill rebates (rounded up to the nearest Singapore dollar).
