Weave a Path Ahead To Begin Again This National Day
Every goodbye brings us closer to the next hello because letting things go also means moving on.
As we come together to celebrate Singapore’s 61st National Day, there is no better time to weave the importance of mental wellness into the very social fabric that intrinsically connects all of us.
Through our ‘Begin Again’ initiative, alongside like-minded partners such as Beyond the Label, a nationwide movement co-led by the National Council of Social Service and TOUCH Community Services, as well as grovve and Orchard Road Fashion, we would like to invite the nation to spark conversations around mental wellness, move beyond stigma, and support those looking to refresh their lives.
Every Day Is A New Beginning
Inspired by their personal journeys, Geneco has come together with Edwin Goh and Rachel Wan to bring this initiative to life through a collection of nine crochet pieces.
Each creation reflects what it means to move on, inviting us to unravel what’s holding us back and embrace the courage, comfort, and hope that carry us forward.

The ‘Begin Again’ Fashion Collection
Step up close and explore the concept, artistry, and stories behind the crochet pieces by Edwin Goh and Rachel Wan at the
‘Begin Again’ showcase located in grovve, at *SCAPE. Open to the public from now until 31 August 2026, visitors are welcome Monday to Saturday, from 11 AM to 8 PM.
While you are there, vote for your favourite crochet pieces and approach the friendly grovve guides to redeem a limited-edition ‘Begin Again’ Crochet Starter Kit. While stocks last.
You can also watch the crochet pieces come alive on the runway at the inaugural Orchard Road Fashion Week on 13 August 2026 at the *SCAPE Ground Theatre. Tickets are available for purchase until 12 August 2026 here.
