Discover Wellness Spaces That Help You Embrace Your Self-Discovery Journey

Sometimes, it is moments of feeling lost that we begin to truly understand ourselves. As part of our SG60 National Day celebrations, we launched ‘Lost To Be Found’, a nationwide campaign that recognises this journey of self-discovery and mental wellness, reminding us that it is not about having everything figured out, but about embracing the process, one step at a time.

Through original illustrations by local actor and artist Chen Xi, depicting his own personal journey through Singapore’s greenscapes that encourage reflection, ‘Lost To Be Found’ brings people together to show that this journey is never one we have to take alone.

Together with like-minded partners Beyond the Label, Mindfull Community and grovve, we hope to amplify this initiative and encourage Singaporeans to seek help for their mental health journey, if they need it.

Read on to find out about the efforts by our partners and how they can lend a hand to support you in your journey.

Find Your Space to Reflect, Connect, and Grow

All of our paths look a little different, but having the right encouragement can make it clearer. Whether you are looking for a space to talk, connect with others, or explore mental wellness in creative ways, our partners are here to walk with you.

1. Beyond the Label

Mental health affects 1 in 7 Singaporeans during their lifetime, yet nearly 8 in 10 hesitate to seek help because of stigma. Co-led by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and TOUCH Community Services, Beyond the Label is a nationwide movement dedicated to breaking down the stigma faced by Persons with Mental Health Conditions (PMHCs).

Since 2018, Beyond The Label has grown into a platform that promotes understanding and acceptance. It raises awareness, equips people with peer engagement skills, advocates for workplace adjustments, and encourages early help-seeking, all to create inclusive spaces where mental health can be openly discussed.

This September, on the 12th and 13th, Beyond the Label invites you to join BTL Fest 2025 at Plaza Singapura, 10am to 9pm, for a two-day festival focused on “Breaking Stigma, Championing Workplace Mental Health.” This is your opportunity to discover how simple acts like honest conversations and non-judgmental listening can transform your workplace into a space where everyone feels seen and cared for.

One of the festival’s highlights is the BeyondWords Interactive Exhibition, where you can gently explore real stories and experiences that shine a light on mental health in the workplace and beyond. Take your time to visit partner booths offering resources and support to help you and your loved ones nurture well-being.

You can also attend talks and seminars led by experts and advocates covering topics like workplace inclusion, as well as the role of gratitude. These sessions offer practical information and real experiences that may be helpful to you or someone you know.

For a fun change of pace, swing by Temasek Shophouse Atrium (L1) and dive into hands-on creative workshops like candle-making, terrarium building, and art therapy with your colleagues or family.

The festival is open to all and free to enter. However, there will be limited spots for workshops and talks, so do be sure to register early. Do not miss your chance to be part of a movement that is reshaping how we care for mental well-being, at work, at home, and beyond.

Register now and step into a community that truly sees you beyond the label.

2. Mindfull Community

If you are caring for someone going through mental health challenges or navigating your own journey, there might be times of uncertainty. Mindfull Community offers a stigma-free, welcoming space where you can talk openly and find support.

Rebranded earlier this year through the coming together of Caregivers Alliance Limited and Resilience Collective, they provide education programmes, coaching, and recovery-focused resources to help both caregivers and individuals build resilience and face life’s ups and downs with greater confidence and hope.

A cornerstone of the services offered by Mindfull Community is the Caregivers-to-Caregivers Education Programme, a fully funded course available across multiple locations in Singapore. It provides essential knowledge about mental health, medication, communication, and self-care, empowering you to effectively assist your loved ones, while also prioritising your own wellbeing.

For those seeking meaningful connections and ongoing encouragement, the Mindfull Community also hosts peer-led support groups. Caregivers-for-Caregivers (C4C) meets monthly over a year, providing a safe place to share experiences and discuss stress, self-care, and grief. Circles of Resilience welcomes anyone aged 18 and up who’s living with or recovering from mental health challenges, offering small, nurturing group sessions centred on honest conversation and shared understanding.

No matter where you are on your journey—just starting out, feeling stuck, or simply needing someone to listen, Mindfull Community offers guidance without pressure or judgment.

3. grovve

Sometimes, all you need is a space to breathe, a space to reset, reflect, and remember that you do not have to figure everything out all at once.

Created by youths, for youths, grovve is Singapore’s first integrated wellness centre. A safe, welcoming place where you can explore your mental well-being at your own pace.

Here, you will find a range of free mental health services, including mental health screening, one-on-one counselling, and personalised guidance to help you navigate life’s highs and lows, be it stress, school or work challenges, family tensions, or just those days when things feel a little heavy.

You can also drop in for mindfulness sessions, creative workshops, or movement-based activities like yoga. Whether it is picking up a camera, finding stillness on a mat, or joining a casual interest group, every experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others.

While you are there, take time to visit our ‘Lost To Be Art’ Gallery, featuring heartfelt illustrations by local actor and artist, Chen Xi. It is a quiet space for reflection, connection, and recognising that we are never truly alone in our experiences. The gallery is open until 30 September, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Coming up, join them for an evening of reflection and fun on 25 September 2025, from 6pm to 8pm, for Wellbeing Card Gameplay. Through the engaging GRO! and Beantastic card games, you will explore stress management, build resilience, and discover new ways to express what’s been on your mind.
